Virgin Trains Routes

Virgin Train travel routes also include high-speed rail links to Birmingham New Street, Glasgow and Edinburgh. These links provide Virgin travellers with excellent routes between the major UK cities, giving commuters the chance to make meetings, and families the opportunities to explore new attractions on a spontaneous day trip out.  With 16-25, Two Together and a number of regional railcards, travelling by Virgin has become hassle free and affordable.

Virgin rail links, including stations at Milton Keynes Central, Coventry, Crewe and Liverpool, also offer connections to other rail services, including London Midland, Northern and MerseyRail. With these links, Virgin passengers can get instant access from suburban stations into busy city centres on a quick and relaxing train.

About Virgin Trains

Virgin Trains took over the Intercity West Coast franchise in 1999, and have since introduced modern new Pendolino trains, that allow tilting while still travelling at high-speed. Virgin Trains offer complimentary Wifi to all first class passengers, but a fee for those travelling in standard class. Train times, time tables and service information can be found both on trains and at stations, as well as any train operators on board.
