Malpensa Express trains connect Milan to Milan Malpensa Airport with departures every 15 minutes, 7 days a week. The first train from Milan Central station to Terminal 2 at the airport is at 05:25 and the last at 23:25. From Milan Cadorna station, the first train leaves at 04:27 and the last service at 23:27. Less expensive than a taxi and faster than a bus, the Malpensa Express train takes only 47 minutes to and from Milan Cadorna station, and 58 minutes to and from Milan Central Station.

Located in the historic centre, Milan Cadorna train station is also close to the metro, tram and bus stops, as well as attractions such as the Sforza Castle and the Brera district. The train leaves and arrives at platform 1.

Milan Central station is ideally located for urban transport with two metro lines, a tram and city bus stop, as well as the main sights such as Piazza Duomo and La Scala Theatre. The train leaves and arrives at platform 3.

The Malpensa Express train stops at Malpensa Airport Terminal 1 (the train station is at level -1) and Terminal 2 (the train station is at level -1 and is connected to the terminal by a pedestrian bridge).
