All you’ll need to get started is a valid form of ID, such as a UK driving license or passport. Please note that the minimum Operating System (OS) required to renew your Family & Friends Railcard is iOS 13.4 and above or Lollipop on Android.

It costs £30 to renew for the year and £70 to renew for three years, saving you £20 on the cost of three separate Railcards. Find out more about the Family & Friends Railcard.

How far in advance can I renew my Family & Friends Railcard?

If you renew online with us, your Family & Friends Railcard will become valid from the date of purchase onwards.
