The nearest train station is Stoke-on-Trent, which is well-connected to London, Manchester and Crewe thanks to the frequent services operated by CrossCountry, East Midlands Railway and Avanti West Coast. Once you get off at Stoke-on-Trent, you can take one of the bus services bound for Cheddleton, where you can join the Churnet Valley Railway.
