How does it work?
Search and select your train
journey as normal, then scroll
down to Select flexibility and
look for Trainline Flex.
Continue to the Payment screen
and, before checking out, add any
additional Passenger details for
the insurance cover.
If you need to cancel your tickets,
go to Manage my booking and
select Claim refund from the
Options section.
