Trains to Wallasey Village

Lying just over six miles west of Liverpool, Wallasey Village Railway Station serves Wallasey in Wirral with regular Merseyrail trains. As is typical for the Merseytravel network, trains from Wallasey Village run every fifteen minutes to Liverpool Central and New Brighton each during Monday to Saturday daytimes. At all other times, these trains operate half-hourly. Buses along major routes are available outside the station. 

The station at Wallasey Village is outfitted to typical Merseyrail standards, with staffing during all hours of service and platform CCTV for customer protection. As the station is located in the centre of the village, there are no parking facilities. Both platforms have waiting rooms with seating and live departure and arrival display screens. A payphone is located on platform 1 close to the booking office. As the station is accessed by stairs only, Wallasey Village is not a suitable location for wheelchair or pram users.
