The platforms are connected by a footbridge with stairs and a level crossing on the nearby Station Road. Plumpton Racecourse can be entered via a second footbridge with stairs on platform 2, the Station Road level crossing from platform 2 or the ramp access on platform 1. A ticket office and vending machine can be found in the station concourse building located on platform 1. Local bus services stop nearby on Station Road.
