Healing Railway Station serves the village of Healing in Lincolnshire with regular Northern trains operating on the Barton Line. Trains from Healing operate every two hours; eastbound trains for Cleethorpes via Grimsby stations depart from platform 2, and westbound trains run to Barton-on-Humber from platform 1. An early morning train originating at Scunthorpe also calls here. 4 services operate on Sundays in summer only. The Barton Line is served by a single railcar on this route.

Passengers wishing to travel from Healing Railway Station may stow their cycles in the secure bicycle stands located at the station on the westbound platform 1.
