Trains to Heald Green

Heald Green Railway Station serves the Stockport suburb of Heald Green with regular Northern trains on the Styal Line between Gatley and Wilmslow. Trains from Heald Green serve the station twice an hour between Piccadilly and Manchester Airport, as well as once an hour between Crewe and Piccadilly via the Airport. Additional services run in peak times. On Sundays, trains run on an hourly schedule, with two-hourly extensions to Alderley Edge.

There is a station car park that is free of charge for railway users. When the ticket office is closed, passengers should purchase tickets in advance or on the train from a conductor. Step-free access is available to both platforms via sloping path or level from the ticket hall, although minor steps are present on the Manchester-bound platform.
