Hagley train station serves the village of Hagley in Worcestershire with regular West Midlands Trains services on the Leamington-Worcester line and infrequent Chiltern Railways services on the London-Kidderminster line. In off-peak hours, trains from Hagley run every half-hour in each direction, westbound towards Kidderminster and eastbound towards Birmingham Snow Hill and either Whitlocks End or Dorridge. Additional trains call during peak periods, including through trains to Droitwich Spa and Worcester. In late evenings and on Sundays, trains operate hourly to and from Worcester. Chiltern Railways operate a single London-bound train at this station.
Opened in 1852, Hagley train station retains much of its original Great Western Railway-era character. Most prominent are the cast iron canopied footbridge from 1884, still emblazoned with the GWR name, which is Grade II listed. The ticket hall at Hagley is staffed until late afternoon. For ticket purchase outside these times, there are self-service ticket machines available. Train-running information is provided via digital display screens and automated announcements over the PA system. There are waiting rooms and toilet facilities on platform 1, and there's a waiting shelter with a customer help point on platform 2. Level access is available throughout the station.
