Four Oaks train station has three platforms and offers daily services to Birmingham New Street, Lichfield, and Redditch. The station is in Sutton Coldfield and is the local train station to anyone living in the Four Oaks area. Trains arrive at the station around every 10 minutes and continue onto Birmingham New Street there is also a Sunday service available which is less frequent but remains very regular, the journey time for this route is 24 minutes. Platform 1 operates a Northbound service to Lichfield Trent Valley station during peak periods three trains arrive per hour and the fastest journey time is 20 minutes.

Facilities at the station include a ticket office open from Monday to Sunday, ticket machine and seating is available on all three platforms.
