Fishguard Harbour train station is one of two stations in the Fishguard area. This is the final station on the West Wales Line. Services stopping at the station are operated by Arriva Trains Wales, however, unlike many other train stations, Fishguard Harbour is privately owned by Stena Line. There are daily ferry services from Fishguard Harbour to Rosslare in Ireland, and many of the services stopping at the station are scheduled around the ferry times.

Six trains services are available from Fishguard Harbour station to Clarbeston station from Monday through to Friday, the number of services available drops at the weekend. There is also daily service available to the town of Carmarthen, the fastest journey time for this route is 49 minutes. The station does not have a ticket office or ticket machine available. The station is accessible for wheelchair users via a ramp to the platform, but please be aware this ramp is steep.
