Trains to Aslockton

Aslockton Railway Station serves Aslockton village, Nottinghamshire, and the nearby village of Whatton. Located almost 11 miles east of Nottingham, the station sees regular weekday service operated by East Midlands Train along the Nottingham-Skegness Line. Westbound trains from Aslockton to Nottingham call once every two hours at off-peak times and once an hour at peak times. Eastbound trains to Boston and Skegness via Grantham follow a similar schedule. Occasionally, through services to Norwich and Liverpool Lime Street call at Aslockton as well.

Aslockton Railway Station is unstaffed, and passengers should purchase tickets in advance or onboard the train. The station has two platforms, with most westbound services departing from platform 2 and most eastbound services from platform 1. Both platforms have step-free access, a level crossing between platforms, customer help points via telephone, and shelters for waiting passengers. The station is only a few minutes from Aslockton Main Street, and a short but pretty half-mile walk from the village of Whatton.
