Planning to visit Crewe Heritage Centre soon? Why not take the train – the nearest train station is Crewe, which is well-connected to London, Glasgow, and Birmingham thanks to the frequent and direct services operated by Avanti West Coast.
For a fast and accessible route to the Heritage Centre, take the station’s Nantwich Road exit and turn left towards the Royal Hotel. Cross the road and continue past the hotel until you get to the ‘Cheshire Inn’ public house. Turn right and walk down Mill Street towards the Railway bridge. Once under the bridge turn right at the roundabout and continue along Vernon Way until you see the Heritage Centre.
Located between the railway station and the town centre, the Crewe Heritage Centre offers an interesting range of exhibits, from the only surviving APT-P train to the miniature railways. For more information about opening times, visit Crewe Heritage Centre’s website.
