It's easy to reach Clitheroe Castle by rail. Hop on a train to Clitheroe, which is served by Northern services from Rochdale. From Clitheroe it's just a 7-minute walk to Clitheroe Castle. Simply exit the station, head south down Station Road. At the roundabout, walk down Parson Lane (which becomes Castle Gate) - there, you'll be able to enter the grounds.
