Trains to Waterbeach

Waterbeach Railway Station serves the village of Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire, with regular Great Northern trains and peak period Greater Anglia trains operating on the Fen Line. Trains from Waterbeach depart typically once an hour for London Kings Cross from platform 1 and King’s Lynn from platform 2, with supplementary trains operating in peak periods for service every half hour. Additionally, in peak periods, Greater Anglia provides trains running to Liverpool Street in London and northbound to Ely and King’s Lynn.  

Waterbeach Railway Station is unstaffed and has only basic amenities. The only permanent structures remaining on the platform are waiting shelters with bench seating. A station car park and cycle storage is provided for customer use, and tickets may be purchased from the self-service machine located at the station. There is step-free access to both platforms, but as the interchange is via level crossing, passengers should exercise caution when crossing between the platforms.
