Trains to Valley

Valley Railway Station serves the village of Valley in Anglesey with regular Arriva Trains Wales services operating on the North wales Coast Line. The station lies just one stop from the terminus at Holyhead, and trains from Valley run on a generally two-hourly timetable. Eastbound trains run primarily to Wrexham General, Shrewsbury and Birmingham International with a select few services instead running to Crewe or Cardiff. As the station is a request stop, passengers wishing to board or disembark should make their intentions known to the crew via hand signal or from on board. 

Due to its location, Valley Station serves the nearby RAF base and Anglesey Airport. As is standard for stations between Bangor and Holyhead, there is no staffing at this station and no ticketing provisions of any kind. All tickets must therefore be purchased ahead of travel or on the train. Train running information is provided via telephone, digital display screens, and timetable poster boards. There is step-free access to both platforms.
