Tyseley Railway Station serves the Tyseley district of Birmingham with regular West Midlands Trains operating on the Leamington-Worcester Line and the North Warwickshire Line. During typical off-peak weekdays, trains from Tyseley operate twice an hour; northbound trains serve Birmingham Snow Hill and continue on mostly to Stourbridge Junction, Kidderminster, or Worcester. Southbound trains run to Dorridge via Solihull and Whitlocks End via Shirley respectively. On Sundays, trains operate hourly in both directions to Stratford-upon-Avon in the south and north to Worcester Foregate Street. 

Facilities at Tyseley Station include a staffed ticket office, self-service ticketing machines, and a full taxi rank outside the station. Train running information is provided on departure screens and via automated announcements on the platforms. Payphones are available for passenger use. Solid waiting shelters with ample seating are available on both island platforms. There is level access to the booking hall, but platforms 3 and 4 are accessed via stairs.
