There are entrances on either side of Rye station. The main entrance leads into the concourse and to platform 2, with a ticket desk on the right-hand side. There is also a small restaurant and a pay-and-display car park on this side of the building. A footbridge connects platform 2 to platform 1. Step-free access to platform 1 is via a pathway off Rope Walk.
