Falmouth Docks train station is one of three stations within the town of Falmouth. This station is the most southern within the town. Built in 1863, Falmouth Docks is the final station along the Maritime Line. The city of Truro is a 28-minute train journey away from Falmouth with stops at Falmouth Town, Penmere, Penryn, Perranwell before finally coming into Truro. From Monday through to Saturday there are two services per hour that stop at Falmouth Docks en route to Truro. The Sunday service to Truro drops to one train per hour. The station has one platform, there isn't a ticket office or ticket machine available at Falmouth Docks. Entrance to the station is via a footpath from the station car park that is situated on Melville Road.
