Falkirk High train station is one of two within the town of Falkirk, Scotland. The station has been open since 1842 and was officially renamed to Falkirk High train station in 1904. The station has two platforms and offers direct routes to both Edinburgh Waverley and Glasgow Queen Street. The ticket office is open from Monday through to Sunday. From Falkirk high station there are services available to Edinburgh Waverley with the fastest journey taking 29 minutes. During peak periods five trains arrive an hour to Falkirk High and head to Glasgow Street, this journey takes around 20 minutes.

The station is also home to George Wyllie’s statue of 'Antonine the Legendary Engine' this piece was commissioned to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Edinburgh & Glasgow Railway.
