Trains to Eastham Rake

Eastham Rake Railway Station serves the village of Eastham on the Wirral Peninsula with regular Merseyrail service on the Wirral Line. Trains to Eastham Rake operate every fifteen minutes, running between Chester and Liverpool on weekdays and Saturdays until late evening. In the evenings and on Sundays, this service is maintained on a half-hourly schedule. Services between Liverpool and Ellesmere Port operate on a half-hourly basis throughout the week.  

As is standard for Merseyrail stations, Eastham Rake has a staffed ticket office open during all hours of operation with platform CCTV, vending facilities, payphones, and sheltered seating on both platforms. Trian running information is provided via departure and arrival screens and automated announcements. Customers travelling from Eastham Rake may use the free station car park or stow their cycles in the bicycle storage rack. Step-free access is available via the stepped ramp to both platforms. Passengers requiring assistance to board the trains do not need to book ahead at this station.
