A historic Glasgow-area halt, Easterhouse Railway Station serves the Easterhouse area with Abellio ScotRail trains running on the North Clyde Line. During the week, off-peak trains from Easterhouse run on a half-hourly basis towards Edinburgh Waverly, Airdrie, Balloch via Glasgow Queen Street, and Helensburgh Central. In the evening, services operate only towards Airdrie via all stations and Balloch via Glasgow Queen Street, also half-hourly. On Sundays, services are half-hourly towards Edinburgh Waverly and Helensburgh Central.

The ticket office is staffed from the start of service until mid-evening throughout the week; there are also self-service ticket machines available. Information services, including train running information, are available via help point, from the ticket office, and via departure screens with automated announcements. Both platforms have waiting shelters and seating; in addition, there is a news kiosk located off platform 1. There is step-free access throughout the station.
