East Farleigh train station serves the village of East Farleigh and Barming Parish with regular service on the Medway Valley Line. Southeastern manages the station and provides all trains calling there. Typical service sees one train from East Farleigh depart per hour to Paddock Wood and Tonbridge one way, and Strood the other. Connections to London are available at any of these stations, as well as by Maidstone Barracks for Maidstone East.

East Farleigh station is located a short walk from the medieval East Farleigh Bridge and retains its original signal box in active use to this day. Station facilities include a self-service permit to travel ticket machine, basic waiting shelters and bench seating on both platforms. Active train-running information is provided via departure and arrival boards and automated announcements. Platform 2 has step-free access, but platform 1 is only accessible via stairs—passengers requiring step-free access to both platforms should travel from Tonbridge or Redhill.
