Trains to Coulsdon Town

Coulsdon Town railway station lies in the London Borough of Croydon, part of the London Metropolitan area. It opened at the turn of the 20^th century and was called Smitham up until 2011 when the name was changed after extensive reconstruction which created a new station building and a footbridge linking the two platforms. It’s in London’s Zone 6, so travelcards can be used to reach it. It is run and managed along the with the trains that pass through by Southern. The facilities at the station include electronic displays, passenger announcements, station lighting and shelters. It’s a busy commuter station with passengers using it to get into London during the peak morning and afternoon hours. There’s an hourly direct service to London Bridge in the heart of the capital in just 54 minutes.
