Trains to Coseley

Coseley railway station lies just ten miles or so south of Wolverhampton near Dudley in the West Midlands. It was opened at the turn of the 20th century replacing an earlier station called Deepfields and Coseley that was located just 300 metres further along the tracks. Today, it sits beside the West Coast Main Line serving local commuters. The station has two platforms and facilities including an inside waiting room, station lighting, and electronic displays on both sides. It’s managed and maintained by West Midlands Trains. There are several direct departures an hour to Wolverhampton in peak time taking just 6 minutes, three departures an hour to Birmingham New Street in 13 minutes, and an express train to Liverpool Lime Street every hour in 1 hour 24 minutes.  

When you arrive at Coseley, you’ll be a stone’s throw away from some serious entertainment. Visit the Cannon Raceway to hurtle around the track’s chicanes and hairpins on go-karts, don your mask to go indoor paintballing, or catch one of the summer matches at the Coseley Cricket Club.
