Trains to Corkerhill

Corkerhill railway station lies in one of the suburbs towards the west of Glasgow and serves the communities of Mosspark and Corkerhill. Its single platform lies along the Paisley Canal Line and is managed along with the trains that pass through by Abellio ScotRail. Unfortunately, none of the original station buildings along the platform still exist today having been demolished many decades ago. There are few facilities here bar a timetable display, station lighting, and a shelter. There’s a direct service into Glasgow Central every half hour throughout peak times and takes just 9 minutes and there are two direct departures a day to Paisley Canal in just 10 minutes.  

If you’ve visiting Corkerhill, you can’t miss a visit to Pollok, a country park made up of woodland and well-manicured green. While you’re there, swing by The Burrell Collection, a museum which houses an impressive collection of tapestries, arts, and ceramics.
