Clock House Railway Station serves the London Borough of Bromley with regular services by Southeastern, who also managed the station. The station is located on the Hayes Line in Travelcard Zone 4. Typical off-peak service sees trains from Clock House departing twice an hour northbound to Cannon Street, twice an hour northbound with local service to Ladywell and then fast to Waterloo East and Charing Cross, and four times an hour southbound calling all stations to Hayes. On Sundays, service is half-hourly to Cannon Street and Hayes.  

The Hayes-bound platform 2 is fully step-free, but London-bound platform 1 is accessed by steps only. Station facilities at Clock House include a staffed ticket office, ticket machines with Oyster top-up capabilities, help points, and shops nearby. Preloaded Oyster cards may be purchased from the ticket office. Seating is present on both platforms. London buses 194, 227, 354, and 358 serve Clock House Station.
