Trains to Castle Bar Park

Castle Bar Park train station serves the Borough of Ealing in west London with train connections on the Greenford Branch Line in Travelcard Zone 4. Trains from Castle Bar Park travelling to Greenford and West Ealing depart every half an hour on weekdays and Saturdays, with fastest journey times of 9 minutes and 4 minutes respectively. One direct service to London Paddington runs at the end of each day. There is no Sunday service from the station, but it is also served by London Buses on route E11.   

Castle Bar Park train station originally opened in 1904 with the name Castle Bar Park Halt. The station has a ticket office with limited opening hours and small sheltered seating areas for passengers. A ticket machine was removed in 2005 in response to vandalism and has never been replaced so journeys outside of the station opening hours need to be paid for in advance or on the train. A footbridge over the line connects the two platforms. Castle Bar Park station is situated in a mainly residential area, with two local schools adjacent to the station.
