Carshalton train station serves the London suburb of Carshalton in the Borough of Sutton. The station lies on the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway line between Peckham Rye and Sutton, within London Travelcard Zone 6. The station operates frequent services to London Victoria, London Blackfriars and Sutton, as well as running non-stop services to Luton to the north and Horsham to the south.
The small network of streets within Carshalton Village are home to a vibrant shopping area, with many independent retailers, art galleries, cafes and award-winning pubs and restaurants. Despite its relatively urban location, Carshalton is surrounded by many areas of natural beauty.
