Trains to Bradford Interchange

Bradford Interchange railway station is one of two major stations serving Bradford, West Yorkshire, with rail, bus and coach connections to a multitude of destinations. Located on the Caldervale Line, trains from Bradford Interchange run every 15 minutes between the Interchange and Leeds, and hourly to York. Evenings and Sundays, trains to Leeds run three times an hour instead of four, and only one service extends to York. Trains in the opposite direction operate quarter-hourly to Halifax — two trains each hour continue to Manchester Victoria, one to Blackpool North via Preston and one to Huddersfield. On Sundays, three trains from Bradford Interchange run to Halifax — one continues to Manchester Victoria and one to Blackpool North via Preston. Regular trains depart from Bradford Interchange for London Kings Cross via Halifax.

To account for Bradford’s geography, Bradford Interchange was constructed as a terminus — trains reverse out of the station to continue their onward journeys. Station facilities include cycle storage and parking, a staffed ticket office during normal hours of operation, self-service ticket machines, waiting rooms on both platforms, toilets and staff help via helpline. Level access is available to all platforms.
