Trains to Bishopbriggs

Bishopbriggs train station serves the East Dunbartonshire town of Bishopbriggs, roughly three miles north of Glasgow Queen Street. The station lies on the Glasgow to Edinburgh via Falkirk Line. Currently, all trains serving the station run on the Croy Line. Throughout the week, trains from Bishopbriggs depart half-hourly with southbound service to Glasgow Queen Street and northbound service to Stirling. One train each hour continues from Stirling to Alloa, and most other services extend to Dunblane via Bridge of Allan. Several peak trains run to Perth. This schedule is maintained on Sundays but without additional peak services.

The station is largely modular and is outfitted with essential facilities to enable passenger ease. There's a staffed ticket office, self-service ticket machines, smartcard validators, departure and arrival screens and audio announcements, public wifi, waiting rooms and sheltered seating on each platform, and step-free access to each platform via a ramp. Passengers using wheelchairs should note that the ramps are rather steep, and assistance should be booked ahead of time if travelling unaided.
