Located in the Bescot area of Walsall, Bescot Stadium train station serves the boroughs of Sandwell and Walsall with regular West Midlands Railway services along the Walsall Line. Monday through Saturday, trains from Bescot Stadium depart twice an hour in each direction, northbound to Walsall from platform 2 and southbound to Birmingham New Street from platform 1. Birmingham-bound trains continue on to Wolverhampton via the Stour Valley Line. In the evenings and on Sundays, service becomes hourly.

Bescot Stadium station has an extensive carpark and cycle storage. The ticket office is staffed, and self-service ticket machines are also available. Waiting shelters are available on both platforms, as well as seating, audio announcements, and running updates on departure screens with train information. Help points are present on both platforms. Passengers should note that Bescot Stadium does not have step-free access. Customers desiring step-free access should travel via the stations at nearby Tame Bridge Parkway or Walsall.
