Bellgrove Railway Station serves the East End of Glasgow via the North Clyde Line and Abellio ScotRail trains to destinations across Scotland. Only one mile east of Glasgow Queen Street, Bellgrove’s island platform provides interchange between the North Clyde Line and lines to Springburn and Edinburgh Waverly. Westbound trains from Bellgrove run two per hour each to Milngavie, Balloch via Singer, and Dumbarton Central via Yoker. Eastbound, trains from Bellgrove continue to Springburn and Cumbernauld; four trains per hour continue to Airdrie, and two trains per hour to Edinburgh. On Sundays, two trains per hour depart Bellgrove on the Edinburgh to Helensburgh Central route; an additional train runs between Partick and Cumbernauld.
The station has modern facilities, including bicycle stands, self-service ticket machines, smartcard validators, and customer help points. Step-free access is not available at this station; the island platform is accessed by stairs only. A shelter with seating is available at the centre of the platform.
