Trains to Cheltenham Racecourse
If you’re looking for the nearest train station to Cheltenham Racecourse, you’ll need to take a train to Cheltenham Spa. From London, you can reach Cheltenham Spa train station in approximately 2 hours, give or take. From Birmingham, the journey is around 45 minutes, while those travelling down from Manchester can expect an average journey time of 2h 20m. Once you get to Cheltenham Spa, there’s a regular shuttle bus service that can ferry you the short distance to the racecourse itself. Or, if you’re feeling up to the task, the journey can be made on foot in around 40 minutes!
