1. This is a free prize draw organised by Hope&Glory PR Limited of 71 Collier Street, London, N1 9BE ("Hope&Glory").
2. By entering this prize draw, you acknowledge that the Microsoft Form you need to post on in order to enter this prize draw may transfer your data to their servers and service providers outside of the European Economic Area, including in the United States. See Microsoft Form Privacy Policies, which are available on their websites, for more information.
3. By entering this prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and fully understood these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, then you should not enter this prize draw.
4. The closing date for entry to this prize draw is 12:00AM on 07/12/2023. The winners will be selected on 07/12/2023 and notified via email.
5. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over who are registered users of www.thetrainline.com. Employees of Trainline & Hope&Glory, their agencies, their family members or anyone professionally associated with this prize draw are not eligible for entry.
6. Ticket holders must be willing to show ID to prover they are over 16.
7. Only x1 entry per person is permitted, with winners receiving x2 tickets. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties and any such entries will be invalid.
8. Entrants can enter the prize draw without making any purchases.
9. There will be 23 winners who will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received. The decision of Hope&Glory PR in connection with the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners will receive x2 tickets for the Sugababes performance on 8th December at the TrainLive venue.
11. The winners will be notified by Hope&GloryPR via email by 7th December where correct information has been supplied upon entry. If no response is received within 24 hours of being notified, a new winner will be drawn and notified.
12. The prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
13. All additional costs and expenses associated with the prize e.g. travel shall be at the expense of the winners.
14. The prizes will be sent to the winners by email. Hope&Glory cannot take responsibility for emails not received by the winner[s] for any technical or other reason.
15. No responsibility is taken for entries that are incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
16. Attendees are expected to follow a code of conduct ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Any breach may lead to removal. Attendees consent to being photographed for promotional purposes.
17. This is an alcohol-free event, we have the right to remove anyone who is acting in a disorderly manner.
18. A mandatory bag check will be done on arrival.
19. Hope&Glory shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any failure or breach by any party in connection with your entry into this prize draw, or in connection with the prizes. Hope&Glory shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of any third party with respect to this prize draw. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hope&Glory accepts no responsibility for any loss which is not foreseeable or arises as a result of the use of the prizes. Nothing shall exclude the liability of Hope&Glory for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
