Airport transfers by train
Many of Europe’s major airports are serviced by either regional or metro train services, making it easy to get to the nearest city centre without having to worry about traffic and surge pricing in taxis. If you’re coming from outside a major city, Trainline can help you connect to your airport train or airport transfer bus if there’s no train directly to the airport.
Airport transfers by bus
Looking to travel to or from the airport by bus or coach instead? We also offer a range of airport transfers through our coach partners from many major bus stations and pick-up points throughout Europe. Buses can be a great alternative to train travel, with many services offering comfortable air-conditioned travel with onboard Wi-Fi and ample luggage allowances.
If you prefer to hire a car, Trainline can help you find the vehicle that’s right for you from many of the major airports and destinations throughout the UK and Europe. You can compare prices from many of the major car hire companies with no hidden charges and free cancellation, so if you’re ready to go, click the link below –

How do I find the cheapest prices for airport transfers?
To find cheap train tickets for your upcoming journey, we recommend booking in advance to get the most savings, as train fares will usually increase until the day you travel. To find and book cheap train and coach tickets in the UK and Europe, you can do so using our journey planner. Here you will find train and bus times, how much the ticket costs and how long the trip is expected to take.
Some carriers only offer fixed-price airport transfers, which means the price remains constant no matter when you book. For these carriers, we recommend booking in advance to reserve a seat where possible, as some carriers may run airport services along regional or commuter routes that can be busier during peak times.
If you’re returning to the same airport you depart from, you may be able to save money by purchasing an open return ticket. Terms and conditions on return tickets will vary based on the carrier and country you’re travelling in, however open return tickets from the same airport are usually valid for up to 30 days.
