You can easily reach Upton Country Park by train. The nearest station is Hamworthy, which is served by South Western Railway. Once you exit Hamworthy, simply head north onto Blandford Road, then start along the Grove Wood Trail. Keep following this along and you'll soon reach the centre of the Park. It takes about 22 minutes in total.

Have a nice stroll around the grounds and discover the different kinds of colourful flowers and plants available, or enjoy a nice picnic under the trees. There’s also a children’s Play Park, Tea Rooms and Grade II* Listed Georgian Manor House.
