Travelling by train to The Jane Austen Centre is super-simple. The nearest railway station to The Jane Austen Centre is Bath Spa, which is served by GWR services throughout the day. It's minutes to The Jane Austen Centre on foot. Exit the station onto Dorcester Street and turn left until you reach the junction with St Jame's Parade. Take this road and keep left as it turn into James Street West. Take the first right into Westgate Buildings and follow this road up, take the third right onto Westgate Street and keep left and proceed to Barton Street, from here take the second left onto Wood Street and immediately turn right onto Queen Square. When you reach the crossroads head straight onto Gay Street and the museums is on your left.
