You can easily reach Iford Manor by train. The nearest stations are Avoncliff and Freshford, which are both served by Great Western Railway.

If you're stopping at Avoncliff, simply turn left, then turn right onto Upper Westwood. Turn left towards The Pastures and continue onto this road until you get to Iford Hill. Finally, turn right onto Iford Lane. If you're getting off at Freshford station, simply turn left onto Station Road, then turn left again onto the Hill and continue onto Iford Lane until you find Iford Hill on your left.

Transport yourself back in time with a visit to Iford Manor Gardens. A visit to this beautifully restored Grade 1 listed garden, as featured in The Secret Garden (2020), is a uniquely romantic experience to explore. Steep paths twist and turn around ancient statues, columns, terraces, ponds and architecture which, combined with ebullient planting schemes, lead you on in anticipation of the next delight and magnificent rural views.

Visit the Iford Manor official website for opening information.
