The station staffing hours are: Monday to Saturday: 05:00 - 21:45 Sunday: 07:15 - 21:45 Station staff can provide assistance throughout the station, and with boarding and alighting the train. Outside of staffed station hours, assistance to board and alight the train can be provided by the Conductor. The conductor is usually positioned at the rear of the train.
