Travelling by train to the De La Warr Pavilion is super-simple. The nearest railway station to the De La Warr Pavilion is Bexhill, which is served by Southern services throughout the day. It's 7 minutes to the De La Warr Pavilion on foot. Turn right at the station to the seafront and then turn right again.

The Pavilion is an icon of 20th Century modernist architecture just above the promenade, facing the sea.  Free to enter,  you can enjoy the building’s sun-drenched balconies and rooftop, free world-class contemporary exhibitions, a café-bar overlooking the sea and a shop. The packed programme of live music, comedy, family and other activities can be found on the Pavilion's website.

Bexhill Museum is just five minutes away from De La Warr Pavilion, with family-friendly exhibits, Eddie Izzard’s family train set and a model railway of Bexhill in the 1930s.

Whilst the current government advice is to only travel if your journey is essential, we will update this page as the situation changes. We will always provide official information on how to visit this attraction safely and responsibly by train.
