How to Participate

To participate, interested individuals must complete the Entry Requirements between the Entry Opening Time and the Entry Closing Time (such dates and times may be modified at Trainline's discretion). Trainline reserves the right to accept early or late entries.

The number of entries permitted in the Promotion is set out in the Key Terms. Entries may not be submitted via agents or third parties, and any such entry will be invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete entries or those that cannot be delivered or recorded for technical or other reasons. Proof of submission of an entry will not constitute proof of receipt.

Prize and Prize Winner

The Prizes in the Promotion are those described above in the Key Terms. Prize Winners will be selected and notified shortly after the Entry Closing Time, as described in the Key Terms.

To receive their Prize, Winners must complete a Prize Acceptance Form and enter all required details, including name, email and county. If a Prize Winner does not complete said form within 2 days of being notified of their win, the Prize will be forfeited. In such case, Trainline may, at its sole discretion, select a new Winner from all valid entries. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. In the unlikely event that a Prize is or becomes unavailable, Trainline reserves the right to substitute it with another prize it considers to be of equivalent value.

Prizes do not include any additional benefits other than those expressly set out in the "Prize" section of the Key Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, all additional costs and expenses associated with receiving the Prize (including travel, accommodation, meals, etc.) will be the sole responsibility of and will be borne by the Prize Winner.
