Entry opening: the first day of each month at [9:00 UK time (GMT/BST)], beginning on [xx October 2026].
Entry closing: the last day of each month at [17:00 UK time (GMT/BST)], ending on [31 March 2027].
Entry requirements: to participate, eligible individuals (see clause 2) must complete the following steps:
- Category 1: Standard Draw
Visit the Trainline Burnley Monthly Draw webpage;
Complete the draw entry form and provide all required details, including name and email address.
Be a registered user of www.thetrainline.com or the Trainline app;
Visit the Trainline Burnley Monthly Draw landing page; and
Complete the draw entry form and provide all required details, including a valid Trainline Transaction Number (12 digits) or Booking Reference (6 digits) corresponding to a journey made in the current calendar month, name and email address.
Note: For an entry to be valid, the email address provided must match the email address associated with the Trainline Transaction Number or Booking Reference.
Prize: prizes will be confirmed before the entry opening time each month and will be displayed on the Trainline Burnley Monthly Draw webpage.
Number of entries: the number of entries permitted in the Promotion is as follows:
- Category 1: Standard Draw : Only 1 entry per eligible participant per month is permitted.
- Category 2: VIP Draw : There is no limit on the number of entries an eligible participant may make each month, provided that a different Trainline Transaction Number or Booking Reference is used for each entry to be valid.
Prize Winner Selection
Each month, within [14 days] of the Entry Closing Time, 1 prize winner from Category 1: Standard Draw and 1 prize winner from Category 2: VIP Prize will be randomly selected by Trainline from all valid entries (each a "Prize Winner").
Prize Winners will be notified via the email address provided upon entering the Promotion.
Promoter and Promotion
The promoter of the Promotion is Trainline.com Limited, registered at 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD ("Trainline").
Burnley FC is not a promoter of this Promotion. Trainline and each participant in this Promotion acknowledge that Burnley FC bears no responsibility in relation to the Promotion, including, without limitation, no responsibility for the rules, administration and/or terms and conditions of the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, by participating in this Promotion, participants agree to fully release Burnley FC from any liability related to the Promotion or any aspect arising from it.
The Prizes in this Promotion are provided exclusively by Trainline.
This Promotion is open only to individuals who: are residents of United Kingdom; are aged 18 or over; have completed the Entry Requirements between the Entry Opening Time and the Entry Closing Time; meet all other requirements and conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
Employees of Trainline, Burnley FC, their agencies, their family members or any person professionally associated with this Promotion are not eligible to participate.
No payment is required to participate in or to win the Promotion. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received.
How to Participate
To participate, interested individuals must complete the Entry Requirements between the Entry Opening Time and the Entry Closing Time (such dates and times may be modified at Trainline's discretion). Trainline reserves the right to accept early or late entries.
By participating in this Promotion, participants acknowledge that SurveyMonkey, an authorised partner of Trainline responsible for hosting this questionnaire, may transfer their data to its servers and service providers outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. See SurveyMonkey's Privacy Policy, available on its website, for further information.
The number of entries permitted in the Promotion is set out in the Key Terms. Entries may not be submitted via agents or third parties, and any such entry will be invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete entries or those that cannot be delivered or recorded for technical or other reasons. Proof of submission of an entry will not constitute proof of receipt.
Prize and Prize Winner
The Prizes in the Promotion are those described above in the Key Terms. Prize Winners will be selected and notified shortly after the Entry Closing Time, as described in the Key Terms.
To receive their Prize, Winners must complete a Prize Acceptance Form and enter all required details, including name, email and county. If a Prize Winner does not complete said form within 2 days of being notified of their win, the Prize will be forfeited. In such case, Trainline may, at its sole discretion, select a new Winner from all valid entries. Any decision by Trainline in relation to the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. In the unlikely event that a Prize is or becomes unavailable, Trainline reserves the right to substitute it with another prize it considers to be of equivalent value.
Prizes do not include any additional benefits other than those expressly set out in the "Prize" section of the Key Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, all additional costs and expenses associated with receiving the Prize (including travel, accommodation, meals, etc.) will be the sole responsibility of and will be borne by the Prize Winner.
Specific conditions for the player meet & greet
The player meet & greet forms part of the VIP Prize but is subject to club availability, sporting, operational or security decisions, as well as possible changes to the fixture schedule or sporting results.
In the event that the player meet & greet cannot take place for any reason beyond Trainline's control, this element of the Prize may be cancelled without entitlement to additional compensation, substitution or claim, with the remaining elements of the Prize remaining in effect.
General
To the extent permitted by law, Trainline will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind (including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with participation in this Promotion or any Prize offered. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Trainline's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Trainline's general terms and conditions and privacy policy apply to this Promotion, and by participating in it participants acknowledge that they have read and fully understood them.
Trainline reserves the right to void, suspend, amend, cancel or terminate the Promotion at any time. It also reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time. Previous versions of the terms will be available upon request.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This Promotion (and the Prizes) complies with applicable UK legislation. No tax withholding or reporting obligations will apply to Prize winners.
