Can I get a refund on my season ticket?

It’s understandable, sometimes circumstances change. If you no longer require your season ticket it can be refunded if you have the following days remaining-
  • Annual - at least 12 weeks remaining
  • One month or more - at least 7 days remaining
  • Seven day - at least 3 days remaining
The refund amount is calculated using the fare that would have been paid if it had been bought for the period you travelled, minus a £10.00 fee.
To apply for a refund, go to my bookings and select ‘Refund’. Print out the refund form and return it, along with your season ticket to-
Trainline Seasons Tickets
PO Box 23971
In order to process a refund your season ticket must be returned, so we recommend recorded delivery
We calculate the last day of use by backdating 3 days from the day we received your ticket, so it’s important you post it back to us as soon as you stop using it.
Refunds can take up to 10 days from the date we receive the ticket.
