How do I print a booking receipt?

Follow these steps if you’re an Admin user on your business account –

  1. Log in to your business account with your Admin details.
  2. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the page, a drop-down menu will show.
  3. Choose ‘My bookings’ from the list.
  4. In the ‘Journey’ column of the table where all your bookings are, click on the booking you’d like a receipt for.  
  5. You’ll get a pop-up box with your booking information. In the top right-hand corner, click ‘Print’.

Follow these steps if you’re not an Admin user on your business account –

  1. Log in to your business account.
  2. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the page, a drop-down menu will show. 
  3. Choose ‘My account’ from the list.  
  4. In the ‘Journey’ column of the table where all your bookings are, click on the booking you’d like a receipt for.  
  5. You’ll get a pop-up box with your booking information. In the top right-hand corner, click ‘Print’.
