What assistance is available for disabled passengers?
If you or someone you’re travelling with will need help with things like getting on and off the train, we’d recommend booking assistance at least 24 hours before you travel.
You can book help with the Train Operating Company (TOC) directly as well as arrange a seat reservation or wheelchair space.
