If you or someone you’re travelling with will need help with things like getting on and off the train, we’d recommend booking assistance as far in advance as possible.
You can book help with the Train Operating Company (TOC)/ Carrier directly as well as arrange a seat reservation or wheelchair space.
Select your TOC or Carrier from the drop-down list below to find contact information. If you’re not sure who your TOC or Carrier is take a look at your ticket’s details in "My bookings" on our website or "My tickets" on our app.
Please select a train operator.
Assistance should be booked at least 24hrs in Advance of travel.
Eurostar wheelchair spaces
If you’re unable to walk 200m without help, you’ll need to travel in your wheelchair in one of the two spaces on board. Both spaces are close to accessible toilets and there’ll be a ramp for you to get on to the train. The wheelchair space can be booked up until the time of travel, as long as it has not already been reserved by another passenger.
If you require further assistance on your journey, this should be booked at least 48 hours in advance of travel. To book assistance contact Eurostar directly using the contact number below.
