How do I change my personal details?

Just married or moved house and need to update your personal details? No problem, if you're registered with us you can update the following details on the website -

  • You name
  • Password
  • Saved Passengers
  • Contact preferences
  • Delete an existing payment card

Simply go to the website, login and click on My Account, then click on theicon at the top right of the screen. From here select the details you want to update from the left hand side.

 

If you need to update your email address or primary address contact us here and one of our customer service team will do this for you.
