Do I need to return my tickets to get my refund?

Whether you need to return your tickets to us depends on the type of ticket you have, you can check your ticket type in my bookings or in your confirmation email.

Check your ticket type below-

No – once you’ve requested your refund you can sit back, relax and wait for the money to go back to your account, it should be with you within 5 working days.

If you’ve already downloaded your ticket, we may need you to remove the ticket from your phone before we can process the refund. Don’t worry it only take a few seconds, follow the instructions here.

If your tickets are still in the machine and you’ve requested a refund on all of them then you are all set, sit back, relax and wait for the money to go back to your account, it should be with you within 5 working days.

If you’ve already collected your tickets or you still require one of them, i.e. you are refunding the outward and keeping the return, we need you to post the tickets back to us before we can complete the refund.

To return you tickets by post, follow the steps below-

  1. Print the email from us - or - write the booking reference on a piece of paper and attach all the tickets you’d like to refund. Then post the tickets back to our address:

  2. After we've received your tickets and processed the refund, we'll email you to say it's all done. We credit refunds directly to the card used to make the booking. The refund should arrive within 5 working days of the refund being processed.

If we sent you tickets in the post, we need you to post the tickets back to us before we can complete the refund.
