I did not receive my Thalys confirmation email or eticket

Sometimes the confirmation email, which also acts as your eticket, is re-directed to your spam box or some email providers block the email altogether. No worries, there is a solution.

Go to Thalys' website and click "My tickets" at the top right of the page. You will be asked for your PNR/Reservation code (the 6-letter reference provided to you after purchase) and a passenger's last name. Enter these details and you will be able to download your etickets or re-send them to your email address yourself.
